At Biomedical Healing for Kids, we are committed to providing quality courses, classes, and products to support the health and well-being of children. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Courses and Classes

Full Refund

• A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is requested within 7 days of the course or class registration date.

 

Partial Refund

• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations requested between 8 and 14 days of the course or class registration date.

 

No Refund

• No refund will be issued for cancellations made 15 days or more after the course or class registration date.

 

Transfer of Registration

• If you are unable to attend a course or class, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us in advance with the details of the new participant.

Products

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

Product Returns

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No Refund for Opened or Used Products

• We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used due to the nature of our health and wellness products.

Digital Products:

• No Refunds:

  • Please note that all sales of digital products, including downloadable content and online courses, are final. No refunds will be provided for digital products.

• Non-Receipt of Digital Products:

  • In the event that you do not receive the digital product(s) you purchased, please contact us. We will promptly resend the digital content to ensure you have access to the materials you've acquired.

Scheduled Appointment Sessions

Appointments

• Refund for Canceling Appointments:

  • In the event that any appointment needs to be canceled you can receive a full refund if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. ​

• No Refunds for No Shows 

  • If you do not contact me prior to our appointment or no show for the scheduled appointments NO refunds will be provided. You will need to rebook the appointment.

• Reschedule

  • I am happy to reschedule any appointment if the patient contacts me prior to the appointment or before in case of emergency.  ​​

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the refund request or returned product.

• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
